NOTE: This application is for planning permission under the Town and County Planning Act 1990 (as amended) only. Any permission granted does not convey any consent which might be required under building regulations or other legislation, relating to statutory undertakers equipment, rights of way, listed buildings, advertisements, environmental protection and pollution control, mines and quarries safety legislation or any other legislation.
