Immediate entry appeals should be heard within 30 school days of being lodged in line with DfE guidance which we are meeting the majority of the time but your appeal may be heard slightly outside this deadline due to the current situation. As a result of Covid-19, appeals are being heard using audio conference calls or on paper. Other deadlines may vary but you will be informed as this is being looked at on a case by case basis.
