Young adults (16 to 35 years old) with an acquired brain injury (eg. from strokes, RTA, other accidents, who live anywhere in Surrey can use Banstead Place. On offer is residential short term (1 to 2 weeks) respite with recreation etc. It is also possible to review physiotherapy, SLT and educational requirements. The staff ratio of 55 for a maximum of 22 residents. You may make a booking by contact the manager then contact Social Services. There is a cost to use Banstead Place but most people are jointly funded by Health Authorities and Social Services, otherwise if self funding the cost is around £2,041 per week over the 48 weeks the centre is open.
